人民财讯3月4日电，2025年全国两会，全国人大代表、中兴通讯高级副总裁苗伟拟建议加强数据资源整合，提升数据质量，加快数据技术创新，推动数字经济打破信息壁垒，完善数据市场制度建设。他认为，当前，我国数据市场信息壁垒问题仍然较为突出，另外数据要素积累不充分、数据运用不完善、数据规制不健全。
