Yojee (ASX:YOJ) signed a 12-month agreement with Danish transport company DSV Air and Sea to implement the company's transport carrier management system across Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's initial focus is on Melbourne and Sydney, with plans for expansion to Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and New Zealand, the filing said.
The company expects implementation in three Australian states, fully onboarded with both external and own-managed fleets, by year-end, according to the filing.
Yojee's shares rose 11% in midday trade Tuesday, and earlier reached their highest since July 2023.
