新浪科技讯 3月4日上午消息，网易游戏官方回应称：3月3日22点开始，因中国移动出现严重网络故障，导致使用该运营商服务的用户无法登录网易游戏产品。经技术部门与中国移动紧急沟通处理，受影响的网易游戏产品服务均已恢复。给您带来不便，深感抱歉。
