江苏农商联合银行将组建，首期注册资本77亿元
【环球网金融综合报道】日前，江苏省人民政府披露了《省政府关于组建江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司的通知》，将江苏省农村信用社联合社改制组建为江苏农商联合银行。
根据党中央、国务院关于深化农村信用社改革部署要求和国家金融监督管理总局关于筹建江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司的批复，进一步推动全省农商银行系统高质量发展，经省委、省政府同意，决定组建江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司（以下简称江苏农商联合银行）。
通知显示，江苏农商联合银行是具有独立企业法人资格、持有限牌照经营的地方性银行业金融机构，首期注册资本金77亿元。其中，省财政厅出资50亿元，占64.9%；省属企业出资27亿元，占35.1%。
江苏农商联合银行为省属国有金融企业，由江苏省委管理领导班子，由江苏省财政厅履行国有金融资本出资人职责。（闻辉）
