物管股走高 金茂服务涨超10% 万物云涨超7%
港股物管股拉升走高，其中，碧桂园服务、金茂服务涨超10%，合景悠活、万物云、雅生活服务涨超7%，恒大物业、世茂服务、绿城服务、远洋服务、宝龙商业等多股涨超4%。
消息上，CBRE世邦魏理仕日前发布的报告预计，2025年中国大宗物业交易额将重回增长通道，同比增长5%-10%。CBRE中国区研究部负责人谢晨指出：“2025年将是中国房地产市场蓄势待发的一年。我们建议投资者聚焦核心资产与新兴业态，如一线城市以及人口流入活跃的强二线城市的长租公寓项目；资产价格已有较明显调整、而供需关系即将出现改善拐点的高标物流设施，以及一线城市核心办公楼机会。”华泰证券则指出，业绩与现金流稳健的物管公司亦有望受益于市场止跌回稳。
