Keysight Technologies Inc (KEYS) said Monday that it has entered into an agreement to sell Spirent's high-speed ethernet and network security business lines to VIAVI Solutions (VIAV).
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The sale is subject to the completion of Keysight's acquisition of Spirent. The company said it expects the sale to be completed shortly after its acquisition becomes effective.
Keysight said it is working towards the scheme becoming effective during the first half of its current fiscal year.
