智通财经APP讯，安科系统(08353)及要约人Management Reports International Pte Ltd联合公布，于2025年3月3日(交易时段前)，要约人请求董事会向计划股东及购股权持有人提呈该建议，涉及：要约人建议根据《公司法》第210条，以该计划方式透过建议收购所有计划股份将公司私有化;及根据收购守则规则13作出购股权要约，该购股权要约将于该计划根据其条款生效后，方可作实。每股计划股份计划对价1.10港元，较股份于2025年2月28日(即最后交易日)在联交所所报的收市价每股0.80港元溢价约37.5%。
