　　高鑫零售（06808）盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.96%，现报1.84港元，成交额1224.58万港元。

　　消息面上，2月28日，高鑫零售发布公告，宣布了一系列董事会成员的变更。公告中提到，黄明端将辞任董事会主席职务，秦跃红、韩鎏已辞任非执行董事。华裕能将获委任为董事会主席等职务。据悉，高鑫零售及要约人ParagonShineLimited联合公布，买卖协议交割已于2025年2月27日完成。
