兴证国际出售票据预计收益约16万美元
3月3日，兴证国际（06058）发布公告，董事会宣布公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年2月6日及2025年3月3日在公开市场分别出售本金总额为650万美元（相当于约5103万港元）的票据，总代价为约670万美元（相当于约5259万港元）。
尽管本次出售事项的适用百分比率不超过5%，但与过往出售事项合并计算后，某一适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关申报及公告规定。
此次出售的票据固定年利率为6.2%，并于新加坡证券交易所上市。根据公告，董事会认为此次出售符合公司的投资策略，有助于拓宽收入来源并为股东创造新增价值。出售事项预计将带来约16万美元（相当于约125万港元）的收益，最终金额需经公司核数师审阅后确认。所得款项将用于公司的运营资金及潜在的新投资机会。
