Ford Motor (F) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Lincoln Navigator model vehicles due to faulty LED lights in the exterior mirror that could pose a fire risk, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said in a notification on Monday.
The recall may affect a total of 35,328 vehicles.
The NHTSA said the LED logo lights on the exterior mirrors may short circuit and may increase the risk of fire. Ford Motor dealers will disconnect the LED light wires, at no cost to owners, the notification said.
