中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行(00939.HK) (601939.SH) 纪检监察组、浙江省温州市监委日前对建设银行甘肃省分行原党委委员、副行长邵茂丰严重违纪违法问题进行纪律审查和监察调查。
经查，邵茂丰身为长期在金融领域工作的党员领导干部，违规拥有非上市公司股份，向信贷客户及其关联企业出借资金并获取大额回报，利用职务便利为亲属的经营活动谋取利益，无偿借用信贷客户钱款，违规参与股票定向增发；利用职务便利，在信贷业务方面为他人谋取利益，并非法收受巨额财物。
