　　中通建设股份有限公司，成立于2001年11月01日，中国电信集团成员，位于北京市经济技术开发区，是一家以从事土木工程建筑业为主的企业，法定代表人为王睿峰。企业注册资本10000万人民币，超过了96%的北京市同行，实缴资本10000万人民币，并已于2012年完成了战略融资。

　　天眼查大数据分析显示，中通建设股份有限公司共对外投资了2家企业，参与招投标项目5604次；知识产权方面有专利信息19条，著作权信息55条；此外企业还拥有行政许可43个。

　　《5D调查》搜索发现，2月7日，该公司曾因申请机电工程施工总承包一级资质所使用的代表工程业绩“广东启新模具有限公司3#厂房机电安装工程”不属实，存在提供虚假材料申请企业资质的行为被住建部通报警告，并1年内不得再次申请该行政许可。
