消息面上，科济药业今早宣布，公司自主研发的舒瑞基奥仑赛注射液（研发代码：CT041）已被国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心纳入突破性治疗药物品种名单，拟定适应症为既往接受过至少二线治疗失败的Claudin18.2表达阳性的晚期胃/食管胃结合部腺癌。公司预计将于2025年上半年向国家药品监督管理局递交舒瑞基奥仑赛注射液的新药上市申请。
国元国际此前指出，公司是创新研发驱动型生物科技公司，专注于创新CAR-T 细胞疗法，通用型CAR-T 技术领先，治疗实体瘤CAR-T 取得突破，CT041治疗胃癌有望于25 年上半年递交NDA。公司已经有上市产品赛恺泽，由华东医药推广，即将放量。
