智通财经APP讯，鞍钢股份(00347)发布公告，本计划第三个解除限售期公司层面业绩考核不达标，公司按授予价格与市价较低者回购注销183名激励对象持有的对应业绩考核年度的全部限制性股票1418万股(其中，首次授予部分1269.76股，预留授予部分148.25万股)，首次授予部分回购价格为1.85元╱股，预留授予部分回购价格为2.03元╱股。
公司本次合计回购注销限制性股票1418万股。公司本次回购限制性股票支付的回购总金额为人民币2649.99万元，全部为公司自有资金。
经中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司审核确认，公司本次回购注销已于2025年2月28日办理完成。
2025年2月28日，已完成限制性股票回购注销共计1418万股A股。公司的股份总数由93.83亿股减少至93.69亿股。
