智通财经APP获悉，中银香港(02388)表示，作为首批银行参与香港金管局推出的1000亿元人民币贸易融资流动资金安排，为多家企业包括中国石油、中国石化、河钢集团、海信集团控股、锦龙汽车集团等开办人民币贸易融资，单笔提款金额最高达4亿元人民币，涉及进口发票融资及信用证项下信托提货等多种业务。
中银香港副总裁王化斌表示，香港金管局推出的人民币贸易融资流动资金新安排，有助深化内地与香港金融合作，切实降低企业的融资成本，推动实体经济发展。首批已开办业务的企业反馈良好，认为该政策的推出顺应了市场的需求，后续也将密切关注并积极把握各项新政策，进一步扩大人民币在贸易往来中的使用。中银香港将持续探索人民币资产更多应用场景，积极参与离岸人民币市场建设，强化香港全球离岸人民币枢纽的地位。
此次香港金管局在人民银行支持下运用货币互换协议推出全新人民币贸易融资流动资金安排，是一项重要的市场机制创新，为市场提供具备规模、稳定及能满足大部分贸易融资所需期限的人民币资金。中银香港将积极发挥跨境业务优势，为企业度身定制针对性的人民币综合服务方案，协助企业把握商机。
