Andlauer Healthcare Signs Packaging Joint Venture

Andlauer Healthcare Group entered into a joint venture agreement to combine its packaging subsidiary Nova Pack with NowPac, a privately owned Canadian company specializing in contract packaging services for the healthcare sector.

The Canadian supply chain management company for the healthcare industry on Monday said that its subsidiary Accuristix will own 50% of the joint venture.

The remaining stake will be owned by an entity controlled by NowPac owners Kris Calder and Andrina Calder.

Kris Calder, president of NowPac, will lead the joint venture.

Financial details of the agreement weren't disclosed.
