智通财经APP获悉，蜜雪集团(02097)上市次日涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.45%，报305.8港元，成交额3.05亿港元，总市值突破1150亿港元。
招股书显示，蜜雪集团是一家领先的现制饮品企业，聚焦为广大消费者提供单价约6元人民币(约1美元)的高质平价的D现制果饮、茶饮、冰淇淋和咖啡等产品。根据灼识咨询的报告，按照截至2024年9月30日的门店数计，蜜雪集团是中国及全球最大的现制饮品企业。按照2023年的饮品出杯量计，蜜雪集团是中国第一、全球第二的现制饮品企业。
国证国际指出，蜜雪集团此次IPO发行价为202.5港元，发行后总市值约为763.5亿港元（不包括超额配售）。招股书中预期24年净利润约为44亿人民币，就此计算的IPOPE倍数为15.9x，略低于已上市同行的估值。兴业证券指出，预计公司未来在国内和海外都将保持稳步拓店，预计海外的开店速度高于国内，单店方面店效预计整体保持平稳，带动收入持续增长，同时盈利能力保持行业领先，归母净利润增速高于营业收入增速。
