XPeng Smart EV Deliveries Soar 570% in February

XPeng's (HKG:9868) smart electric vehicle deliveries surged 570% year over year to 30,453 units in February, the electric vehicle maker said Friday.

Deliveries of the XPeng MONA M03 topped 15,000 units for the third straight month, according to a Friday news release.

The XPeng P7+'s deliveries surpassed 30,000 within the first three months of its launch, the company said.

Monthly active user penetration rate for urban driving reached 86% during the month, XPeng said.

Smart driving user penetration grew 93% while the longest driving mileage on a single vehicle was 12,300 kilometers.

Meanwhile, the XPeng G6 debuted in China in February. XPeng will also start developing and testing its Turing AI Smart Driving system in international markets.

Shares jumped 2% during Monday's afternoon trading.
