【信邦制药回应控股子公司及股东行贿罪案被受理：正在核实】金十数据3月3日讯，据开阳县人民法院微信公众号2月26日消息，2月26日，开阳县人民法院立案受理贵州科开医药有限公司单位行贿罪、安怀略行贿罪一案。信邦制药2023年财报显示，贵州科开医药有限公司是信邦制药控股子公司，安吉是信邦制药实际控制人，安怀略与实际控制人关系为一致行动。公开资料显示，安怀略和安吉是父女关系。2024年三季报显示，安怀略持有信邦制药5.04%股份。3月3日，记者联系了信邦制药证券事务代表热线，工作人员表示，早上浏览到了新闻，正在核实，“我们会根据相关法规，看是否达到公告的要求”。（澎湃）
