【京东健康探索研究院首席科学家王国鑫：AI医疗最大挑战是数据“量质双缺”】金十数据3月2日讯，京东健康探索研究院首席科学家王国鑫表示，AI在医疗场景中的落地面临着诸多技术挑战。医疗行业本身高度依赖数据，以医生的培养为例，虽然不同医生的学习效率存在差异，有的医生通过10个病例就能领悟关键，而有的医生需要100个病例，但这一过程本质上都是基于数据的训练。目前，AI医疗面临的最大挑战是医疗数据“量质双缺”，而这也是众多AI产品与医院、互联网医院以及患者端展开合作的真正原因。“如果不投入足够的努力，像培养初级医生一样在医院中训练AI，那么AI的投入产出比（ROI）将难以提升。如果将培养医生的精力用于培养AI，至少AI的水平会快速进步。这也是为什么从未来医院角度来讲，每个医生都应该有一个AI助手，一方面成就医生，同时成就AI，这是一个基本的答案。”王国鑫说。（每经）
