【国泰君安：换股吸收合并海通证券并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项已获证监会核准批复】金十数据3月3日讯，国泰君安公告称，公司换股吸收合并海通证券并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项已获得中国证监会核准批复。换股实施股权登记日为2025年3月3日，换股比例为每1股海通证券A股股票可换取0.62股国泰君安A股股票。2025年3月4日海通证券A股股票终止上市后，海通证券A股股东的股票账户中即不再显示海通证券A股股票，相对应的股票市值将无法在投资者账户总市值中体现，直至海通证券A股股票转换为国泰君安A股股票并完成新增A股股份上市的相关手续后，海通证券原A股股东的股票账户中将自新增股份上市日起显示国泰君安A股股票，相对应的股票市值将会在投资者账户总市值中体现。
