消息面上，和铂医药近期公布，公司孵化的创新型生物技术公司HBMAT已与一名业务伙伴订立授权及合作协议，以推进治疗多种疾病的促皮质素释放激素(CRH)的新型疗法。根据该协议，业务伙伴获得在全球范围内（不包括大中华区）开发任何包含或含有HBM9013的医药产品的独家授权。目前，CAH的治疗选择有限，HBM9013/HAT001在临床前阶段已显示出强大的疗效，并正在向临床开发推进。
天风证券指出，和铂医药是一家处于临床开发阶段的全球创新药公司，对标Teneobio等抗体开发平台，和铂的全人源仅重链平台价值稀缺。该行指出，和铂医药依托独有的Harbour Mice平台，持续产出高潜力分子，与全球主要制药企业和创新型药物公司建立了广泛且频繁的合作关系，BD数量及金额均处在行业前列。截至2025年2月，公司已与十余家国内外知名药企在ADC、抗体、mRNA、细胞治疗、人工智能等领域进行授权开发，多模态多领域合作延展至各类海内外顶尖合作伙伴。
