智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月3日，衍生集团(06893)股东将4700万港元市值股票从宝桥证券转入元大证券香港，占比22.9%。
据衍生集团发布的中期业绩，截至2024年9月30日止6个月，该集团期内取得收入4621.4万港元，同比减少11.7%;期间亏损1924.2万港元，同比扩大83.9%;每股基本亏损1.73港仙。公告称，收入减少乃主要由于产品开发分部的产品销售减少所致。
