智通财经APP获悉，阿联酋咨询公司DT House周一向美国证券交易委员会提交了首次公开募股 (IPO) 申请。这家总部位于阿联酋阿布扎比的公司计划以每股4至5美元的价格发行190万股股票，筹资800万美元。按照拟议发行价区间的中间值计算，DT House的市值将达到6800万美元。
DT House通过在阿联酋和中国香港的子公司运营，为企业和公司提供咨询服务，重点关注环境、社会和治理(ESG)。2024年，该公司扩大了其服务范围，包括为前往阿联酋的休闲旅行者提供旅游相关服务。
DT House成立于2020年，截至2024年9月30日的12个月营收为100万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“DTDT”。该公司于2025年1月3日秘密提交了申请。Revere Securitie是此次交易的唯一簿记行。
