AI云计算公司Coreweave已提交美国首次公开募股（IPO）文件。该公司计划在纳斯达克证券交易所上市其A类普通股，股票代码为“CRWV”。

　　CoreWeave在周一的IPO招股说明书中表示，2024年的营收飙升了700%以上，达到19.2亿美元，其中62%来自微软。该公司当年录得净亏损8.634亿美元。

　　CoreWeave最初被称为Atlantic Crypto，于2017年开始为挖掘以太坊加密货币提供基础设施。在数字货币价格下跌后，该公司收购了更多的图形处理单元（GPU），并更名为CoreWeave，越来越关注图形渲染和人工智能。

　　CoreWeave联合创始人兼首席执行官Brian Intrator控制着该公司约38%的投票权。文件显示，对冲基金Magnetar拥有7%的投票权，英伟达有1%。

　　摩根士丹利将担任此次IPO的主办承销商，摩根大通和高盛担任协办承销商。
