完成435亿港元再融资充实资本 比亚迪（01211）持续深化智能化战略
3月3日，比亚迪发布公告，成功完成129,800,000股新H股配售，配售价为335.2港元/股，共计融资约435.1亿港元，这也是过去十年全球汽车行业最大的股权再融资项目。
据了解，比亚迪此次股份配售成功吸引多家机构投资者的参与，不乏全球众多顶级长线投资者、主权基金、以及中东战略投资人等，认购订单多倍覆盖，充分彰显了投资人对公司发展前景的坚定看好。
其中，作为阿联酋最顶尖的企业集团之一，Al-Futtaim家族办公室以战略投资者的身份参与本次配售。资料显示，Al-Futtaim与超过200个国际品牌在中东和东南亚地区的超过20个国家合作，拥有汽车、金融服务、房地产、零售和医疗保健等众多产业。未来，比亚迪与Al-Futtaim将在新能源汽车等领域深化协作，双方以区域合作为基点，共同探索进一步的增长机遇和协同效应。
有分析师认为，通过本次融资，比亚迪资本实力得到进一步加强，不仅有助于进一步加速公司在海外产能建设、渠道布局、海运提升等方面的步伐，同时还将助力公司全方位提升技术实力，把握下半场智能化发展的重要机遇。
今年以来，比亚迪销售延续高速增长的势头。最新数据显示，2月比亚迪新能源乘用车销量318233辆，同比增长161.39%。
