Disa India Acquires Land in Karnataka, India For Future Expansion

Equipment manufacturer Disa India (BOM:500068) has purchased land of 87,893 square feet in Tumkur in Karnataka, India from an unrelated third-party seller Beloorbayir Biotech for an undisclosed amount, according to a Monday filing with the Indian stock exchanges.

The land will be used for the company's future expansion plan.

Shares of the company were up nearly 1% in recent trade.
