* 比亚迪公告称，本公司将根据配售协议所列条款并在配售协议所列条件的规限下，发行本公司注册资本中每股面值人民币1.00元的129,800,000股新H股。每股配售股份的配售价335.2港元，较2025年3月3日于联交所所报之收市价每股H股363.6港元折让约7.8%。配售所得款项净额预计约为433.83亿港元。
该公司并宣布，本次交易吸引全球众多顶级长线、主权基金、中东战略投资人在内的投资者参与。其中，阿联酋Al-Futtaim家族办公室作为战略投资者参与本次交易。
