3月3日，汉堡王（中国）投资有限公司法定代表人发生变更，吕爱军接替Atakan Bozkurt，成为汉堡王中国的新帅。天眼查App显示，近日汉堡王（中国）投资有限公司发生工商变更，Atakan Bozkurt卸任法定代表人、董事长兼总经理，吕爱军接任法定代表人、董事长并担任经理。同时，注册资本由约4.1亿美元增至4.6亿美元。此次变更意味着吕爱军如今已经成为汉堡王中国的新任掌门人。

据媒体统计，自2019年以来，汉堡王中国已经换了四次帅。

2019年1月，汉堡王特许经营商TFI公司的首席财务官Ekrem Ozer正式出任汉堡王中国区CEO。

仅仅一年半后，2020年4月20日，汉堡王（中国）投资有限公司宣布，任命原汉堡王（中国）首席运营官（COO）、高级副总裁朱富强为汉堡王中国区CEO，全面负责汉堡王在中国的运营工作。

2023年4月，Atakan Bozkurt（博涛）出任汉堡王中国首席执行官。

2025年3月3日，吕爱军接替Atakan Bozkurt，成为汉堡王中国的新帅。
