智通财经APP获悉，中国温控整车运输服务和城市配送服务提供商昊鑫控股(Haoxin Holdings)下调了即将进行的首次公开募股(IPO)的拟议交易规模。该公司目前计划以每股4-6美元的价格发行180万股股票，以筹资900万美元。该公司此前曾计划以同样的价格发行200万股股票。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“HXHX”。
据悉，昊鑫控股成立于2003年，在运输行业拥有超过20年的经验。昊鑫控股于2003年开始城市配送服务业务，并于2016年开始将其业务扩展到温控整车运输服务。经过不断发展，昊鑫控股已被中国物流与采购联合会认定为3A级运输服务商。
