　　酷派集团公布，与Newdecade Energy订立谅解备忘录，据此，公司拟收购10139882 Manitoba Ltd的多数股份（预计占目标公司已发行股份总数 的60%至90%），目标公司主要从事加密货币挖矿托管，现金代价不超过330万美元。董事会认为，建议收购事项将使集团通过整合加密货币采矿业务资源形成协同效应，提升集团运营效率与长期盈利能力，从而使集团在不断发展的加密货币行业中实现持续增长。
