华润置地有限公司是华润集团旗下负责城市建设运营的业务单元，主营业务包括开发销售型业务（如住宅、可售公建等）、经营性不动产业务（如购物中心、写字楼、酒店等）、轻资产运营业务（如商业运营管理、物业管理业务等）以及生态圈要素型业务（如代建代运营、城市更新、长租、产业、康养、影业、教育等）。截至2020年底，华润置地业务布局境内外83个城市，总资产达人民币8690亿元，签约额人民币2850亿元，股东应占溢利298亿元，经营业绩保持稳健增长态势。
