　　长和（00001）早盘涨幅持续扩大，该股昨日大涨超21%。截至发稿，股价上涨10.30%，现报51.95港元，成交额17.72亿港元。

　　消息面上，长和日前公布，与贝莱德财团就交易之初步基本条款达成原则性协议。长和拟向该财团全数出售持有的和记港口控股（HPHS）及和记港口集团控股（HPGHL）股权，二者合计控制着和记港口集团80%的全球权益。此次整体出售总企业价值为228亿美元，预期将为该集团带来逾190亿美元的现金收益。大摩表示，上述交易对于股东而言是增值的，该行对港口总资产的估计为110亿美元，若交易落实亦消除了与巴拿马港口讨论相关的任何悬而未决的问题，而此因素或是导致该股今年以来表现不佳的原因。

　　瑞银认为，若上述交易最终能落实，预计将对股价产生非常积极的影响，因为190亿美元的现金收益将超过当前市值，因该股估值仅为预测今年股价对账面值的0.23倍，股价上涨潜力可能取决于可能向股东返还多少，该行正在等待管理层对收益用途的评论。花旗则表示，若按初步基本条款完成交易，此处置将显著提升长和的价值。花旗预计，若将潜在190亿美元销售收益的一部分用于偿债，净负债率可能降至20%以下。
