名创优品正考虑拆分TOP TOY赴港上市，叶国富称“拐点将至”
据国内媒体近日报道，名创优品（19896/MNSO）正在考虑拆分旗下潮玩TOP TOY品牌并上市。
该知情人士称，名创优品正就股票价格与潜在的顾问进行谈判，公司计划募资3亿美元。该谈判正在进行中，名创优品还不确定是否把TOP TOY拆分发行。
名创优品创始人叶国富早在2022年赴港上市时即提出“3年内让TOP TOY单独上市”。2024年第一季度财报电话会上，叶国富称，名创优品旗下的潮玩品牌TOPTOY“业务拐点已至”，将TOP TOY的年内开店目标从50家上调至100家。
另外，TOP TOY的单店销售额是名创优品的2.5倍。
2024年前三季度，TOP TOY新增门店86家，叶国富称，正推进其400家门店年度目标。2024年前三季度，TOP TOY品牌收入为7亿元，同比增长43%。
