英伟达支持的云服务公司CoreWeave周二宣布，拟收购人工智能开发者平台Weights&Biases。CoreWeave旨在通过此举在IPO前扩展自身的云平台。

　　根据公告，此次收购将把CoreWeave的基础设施和托管云服务，与Weights&Biases的AI模型训练、评估及监测平台相结合。后者当前客户包括OpenAI和Meta等科技公司，其产品被用于构建AI模型及开发部署AI应用。

　　交易财务条款未予披露。消息人士称，该交易估值或达17亿美元。
