　　和铂医药宣布，根据其与科伦博泰就HBM9378/SKB378与Windward Bio AG签订的许可协议，公司已收到相应首付款，包括现金付款及Windward Bio母公司股权。根据2025年1月10日签订的许可协议，Windward Bio获得HBM9378/SKB378在全球范围内（不包括大中华区以及部分东南亚及西亚国家）进行研究、开发、生产和商业化的独家授权。和铂医药和科伦博泰有权获得总计高达9.7亿美元的首付款和里程碑付款，以及基于净销售额的个位数至双位数百分比的分级特许权使用费。
