　　金蝶国际（00268）早盘暴涨22.55%，现报17.28港元，成交额18.41亿港元。

　　2月25日，金蝶国际宣布成立卡塔尔公司，进军中东市场。据悉，2023年12月，金蝶国际与卡塔尔投资局（QIA）宣布达成一项协议，QIA将向其投资约2亿美元。此次战略投资不仅体现了QIA对金蝶作为中国企业云转型领域的领军者和关键推动者的地位的认可，还契合其在全球数字化趋势下投资领先企业和技术的战略目标。

　　此外，野村发布研报称，金蝶过去数年的SaaS转型已初见成效，为集团带来可持续的收入来源和现金流，由于其主要的投资周期已经过去，相信今年公司可能会扭亏为盈。从长远来看，DeepSeek或有助于加速公司的AI应用开发，为其带来更好的变现机会。富瑞认为DeepSeek的成功可为中国软件市场的进一步增长带来新机遇，首选金蝶国际。
