智通财经APP讯，分众传媒(002027.SZ)公告，公司间接持股70%的境外控股子公司 Focus Media Overseas Investment III Limited(简称“FMOIL III”) 是公司从事楼宇电梯媒体海外业务经营实体的主要持股平台，目前已通过其对中国香港、泰国、新加坡、印度尼西亚、马来西亚等市场的生活圈媒体进行了布局。公司拟在未来一年内通过全资子公司Focus Media Development Limited(简称 “FMDL”)以自有资金对 FMOIL III 增资，金额不超过3500万美元，FMOIL III 的其他股东按照各自持股比例进行同比例增资。该事项能够增强海外子公司的经营能力，有利于培育公司未来的盈利增长点。
