Odaily星球日报讯 美国参议院以 70-27 的投票结果通过决议，废除国税局（IRS）扩展经纪人规则，该规则原计划涵盖 DeFi。后续需众议院投票通过，随后总统可签署生效，废除该规定并阻止 IRS 未来推行类似政策。 此前消息，美国加密友好参议员、美国参议院银行数字资产小组委员会主席 Cynthia Lummis 在 X 平台转发“白宫将支持 CRA，以撤销 DeFi 经纪人规则”推文，并表示：“美国国税局（IRS）针对 DeFi 的规定从根本上误解了去中心化技术的运作方式。怀俄明州一直站在负责任的数字资产监管前沿，我亲眼见证了监管清晰度——而非过度监管——如何促进创新。这些强硬的联邦规定可能会将美国的加密企业家推向海外，而此时我们本应在国内培育这一行业。很荣幸与 Senator Ted Cruz 一起撤销这次对加密社区的攻击。”（CoinDesk）
