乐享集团预计2024年收益约1.1亿港元 同比下降97.84%
3月7日，乐享集团（06988）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的年度将录得收益不低于约1.1亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日的收益为50.84亿港元，同比下降约97.84%。此外，预计本公司拥有人应占净亏损约10.5亿港元至11.5亿港元，相比于相应期间的净亏损7.84亿港元，净亏损增加约33.90%至46.65%。
公告指出，收益下降和净亏损增加主要是由于公司对海外电商业务进行战略调整，转变为基于兴趣算法技术的轻资产业务模式，减少了对采购库存商品的资金占用。同时，海外电商交易GMV金额达到了13.63亿美元，较相应期间的5.86亿美元大幅提升了133%。此外，公司在本年度完成了现有库存商品的处置，暂停了新增库存采购及传统贸易模式的销售，专注于自建电商平台MARTOP的交易撮合服务，尚未录得相关的营业收益，导致销售收益出现大幅下降。
