在土地收购方面,2025年2月,公司通过与其他方组成的联合体,公开挂牌方式取得上海市一幅地块约48.45%的实际权益。该地块位于上海市浦东区杨思板块,规划总建筑面积约10万平方米,规划用途为三类住宅用地,代表公司实际权益的土地价款约为24.66亿元。公告中强调,以上数据为未审计,可能与未来的审计财务报表存在差异,投资者需谨慎对待。
