越秀地产2月合同销售金额约62.25亿元，同比上升约63.2%
3月7日，越秀地产（00123）发布公告，截至2025年2月28日的未审计销售数据及二月份土地收购情况。公告显示，2025年2月，公司实现合同销售金额约为62.25亿元，同比上升约63.2%。然而，合同销售面积约为12万平方米，同比下降约20.0%。在2025年1月至2月期间，公司累计合同销售金额约为128.27亿元，同比上升约23.8%，但累计合同销售面积约为35万平方米，同比下降约6.7%。
在土地收购方面，2025年2月，公司通过与其他方组成的联合体，公开挂牌方式取得上海市一幅地块约48.45%的实际权益。该地块位于上海市浦东区杨思板块，规划总建筑面积约10万平方米，规划用途为三类住宅用地，代表公司实际权益的土地价款约为24.66亿元。公告中强调，以上数据为未审计，可能与未来的审计财务报表存在差异，投资者需谨慎对待。
