金吾财讯 | 钢铁股逆市走高，中国东方集团(00581)涨7.75%、重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨5.43%、鞍钢股份(00347)涨5.32%、马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨4.08%、华津国际控股(02738)涨1.96%、中国铁钛(00893)涨1.82%。政策层面，国家金融监督管理总局与中国人民银行于2月27日联合发布《银行业保险业绿色金融高质量发展实施方案》，提出要加强对钢铁及其他重点领域的金融支持。方案强调，通过中长期贷款与保险保障等方式，助力钢铁行业的绿色低碳转型及工业设备升级。这一政策的实施预计将推动行业的工艺革新，未来中高端特钢市场需求有望加速增长。中金发布研报称，根据近期开工调研情况来看，目前钢铁下游呈现分化，建筑业开工仍偏弱，而制造业得益于工程机械，汽车及家电等重要下游订单的旺盛，需求偏强。结合减产及低位的库存水平，判断今年旺季钢材需求及价格表现有望强于24年。值得关注的是，25年2月工信部发布《钢铁行业规范条件》，其围绕高端化，绿色化，高效化等6个方面对钢铁企业进行差异化评级。竞争优势明显，产品结构高端的钢铁企业盈利跑赢市场，且ESG评级亦领先，核心资产在差异化评级中优势显着，在本轮钢铁供给侧变革中有望受益。
