南南资源(01229)发布公告，凯源公司已获当地政府行业及能源主管部门批准将经扩大凯源煤矿的产能由每年90万吨增加至每年400万吨，而其采矿区仍维持约4.112平方公里。

经扩大凯源煤矿为符合当地规则及法规经营的煤矿，拥有完备的文件及许可证，为集团的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。上述经扩大产能将需要对设备、机器及设施进行大量资本投资，以协助增加采矿作业，而集团仅在市场需求充足的情况下才会按经扩大凯源煤矿的最大产能进行生产。
