　　越秀地产正迎来开年销售业绩的“小阳春”。

　　公司（00123.HK）今日公告称，2025年2月实现合同销售金额约为人民币62.25 亿元，同比上升约63.2%；2025年1-2月累计合同销售金额约为人民币128.27亿元，同比上升约23.8%。

　　越秀地产在北京、上海、广州的多个项目获得市场热销，上海静安天玥项目开盘即清盘斩获23亿、北京星樾首开狂揽26.8亿、上海苏河和樾府四开四罄揽金69亿、广州“广府系”珑悦西关、熙悦江湾等项目凭借高溢价的产品力引发千人抢筹。
