中国海外(00688.HK) 公布，2月合约物业销售金额约132亿元人民币(下同)，按年上升55.5%；而相应的销售面积约为652,700平方米，按年上升53%。
首两个月，累计合约物业销售金额约252.2亿元，相应的累计已售楼面面积约1,245,900平方米，分别按年上升32.8%及26.2%。
此外，截至2月28日，公司录得已认购物业销售约70.86亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。
