美联储理事Christopher Waller表示他不会支持在3月份降息，但仍然预计今年有空间降息两次，甚至可能三次。

　　“如果劳动力市场等各方面表现稳定，那么可以专注于观察通胀情况，”Waller周四表示。“如果确信通胀正在向目标回落，那么就可以开始降息。我不觉得下一次会议就会降息，但未来肯定是有可能的。”

　　在2024年最后几个月中，美联储累计降息1个百分点，并在1月份维持利率不变。市场普遍预期，美联储在3月18日至19日的政策会议上料继续按兵不动。多位决策者暗示，他们希望在再次降息之前看到通胀进一步下降的进展。

　　Waller重申了他的观点，即关税对通胀的影响可能并不会太大。

　　机构对经济学家的调查显示，将于周五公布的非农就业数据料显示2月份新增就业人数上升，失业率保持稳定。
