Emkay Global Gets Board Nod to Raise INR500 Million Through Issue of Non-Convertible Debentures

Emkay Global Financial Services (NSE:EMKAY, BOM:532737) has received board approval to raise 500 million Indian rupees through to the issue of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company plans to issue 5,000 rated, listed, senior, unsecured, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value 100,000 rupees each.

The debentures will be allotted on March 24 with the tentative maturity date of March 24, 2027. They will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trade.
