观点网讯：3月6日，东方证券股份有限公司公告称，公司关于向专业投资者公开发行短期公司债券获得中国证监会注册批复。

公告显示，中国证监会批复编号为证监许可〔2025〕369号，同意东方证券向专业投资者公开发行短期公司债券，面值余额上限不超过150亿元。此次发行将严格按照报送上海证券交易所的募集说明书进行，批复有效期为自同意注册之日起24个月内有效。在此期间，东方证券可以分期发行短期公司债券。
