3795.92万股未获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份(配售股份，占供股项下可供认购供股股份总数约84.03%)已由配售代理按配售价每股供股股份港币0.345元(与认购价相同)成功配售予不少于六名承配人。因此，补偿安排项下概无净收益可供分派予不行动股东。
