Sleep Number (SNBR) said Wednesday it has appointed Linda Findley as president and chief executive, succeeding Shelly Ibach, who will retire.
Findley most recently served as CEO at Blue Apron Holdings (APRN).
Philip Eyler will also succeed Ibach as chair of the company's board, Sleep Number said.
The company reported late Wednesday a fiscal Q4 loss of $0.21 per share, narrower than the loss of $1.12 per share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a $0.23 loss per share.
Sales for the quarter ended Dec. 28 were $376.8 million, down from $429.5 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $389.7 million.
